Your ADD Licenses

Purchasing a License

Your first time opening ADD, you will be prompted to read through our End User License Agreement:

 

If you click “I Agree”, ADD will prompt you to purchase a license in the License Manager. If the License Manager doesn’t pop up or if you accidentally exited it, you can re-open the License Manger by going to the top Menu Bar and clicking “ADD > License>Purchase or Manage Licenses”.

 

The License Manager will open with a list of ADD license options as well as the allow you to purchase licenses for paid sound packs.

Once you have selected the plan right for you, click “Purchase” under the plan.

 

You will be taken to an add.app webpage showing you the price of your plan where you will enter your:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address

 

Once entered, click “Submit” and you will start the checkout process by entering in your location.

 

You will then see a pop-up window to fill out your purchasing and credit card information. If you have a Coupon Code, enter it here.

Once finished entering the proper information, you will be emailed your license.

 

Now go back to the License Manager in ADD and click “Enter Code” under the license option you purchased

 

You will see this screen where you need to enter your email and License Code to activate your license.

 

You can view your purchased and activated ADD Licenses and Sound Pack Licenses in the “My Licenses” section of the License Manager

Your selected version of ADD is now activated! Now you can download sound packs from the Sound Pack Manager and start using ADD on any of your projects.

**Note that each license is valid for 2 activations. If you have used both activations on old computers and need to update your license for a new computer, please contact us at info@add.app**

 

Lost License

If you have misplaced or forgotten your license, don’t worry. There are ways of retrieving your license.

Open the License Manager by going to the top Menu Bar and clicking “ADD > License>Recover Lost License”.

 

A window will pop up with a drop-down menu containing all previously activated ADD Licenses. Select the version of ADD or sound pack you have lost the license for.

Now enter your email and click “OK” to find your license. If a license is not found, please contact us at info@add.app.
