DAW Bridge for Final Cut Pro

DAW Bridge is an extension for Final Cut Pro that syncs Logic Pro, Pro Tools and other DAWs to Final Cut Pro. Using the DAW Bridge, cleaning up audio, composing music and mixing become virtually effortless and you never need to leave your favorite video editing software.

Open DAW Bridge

After downloading DAW Bridge from the app store, double click on the icon to install it. Once installed, open Final Cut Pro (FCP). You will notice the orange icon in the upper left of the FCP window.

If you have multiple extensions installed, you will see the orange icon in an extensions pulldown, labeled DAW Bridge.

Click the icon to open the extension.

Daw Bridge works with any DAW capable of MTC, including bit not limited to: Logic X, Pro Tools, Cubase, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Bitwig, Studio One, Reaper, and Audio Design Desk.

Does DAW Bridge work with video editors other than Final Cut Pro?

Unfortunately, not yet. DAW Bridge was built exclusively for FCP. Future versions of DAW Bridge will work with Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve as well.

Do I need to have Audio Design Desk to use the DAW Bridge?

Nope! DAW Bridge is its own standalone app, made for use between Final Cut Pro and your favorite DAW.
